Shipping policy

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. Then the orders are processed which takes about 3-5 business days, or sooner. After the order is shipped, you will receive a notification email with the tracking code. 

Shipping time. This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from the warehouse to your destination. International delivery by e-packet usually takes between 13-20 days to arrive at their destination. If e-packet is not an option to your destination, delivery time may be extended and the information recorded in the products description. Take note that during holidays the delivery time may be longer due to third-party circumstances.
